Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Mic-Lock extends a 30 day return policy beginning the day the order is delivered. If a return is requested, an RMA will be issued. Customers have 5 days after the RMA is issued for the package to be postmarked and returned to the address provided.
  • After 30 days, the return policy expires. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted past expiration.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    1. Item(s) must be in the same condition received: unused and in original packaging.
    2. A receipt, order number or proof of purchase is required.
    3. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • To start a return, contact support@mic-lock.com.
  • If the return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Please use a padded envelope to ensure the order arrives safely.
  • Mic-Lock does not refund return shipping costs. Such transactions are between the customer and shipping company selected at checkout.

    Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the return is received.
  • After Mic-Lock receives the returned order, an email notification will be sent to the customer regarding refund status.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method listed.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed by the issuing bank or credit card company.

    Exchange Policy

    Mic-Lock's exchange policy only allows for exchanges in the case of exact product exchanges.

     

    Restocking Fee

  • All returns have a 20% restocking fee.
  • There are no restocking fees for warranty exchanges, so as long as the product is returned in like-new condition.

    Warranty

  • Mic-Lock has a limited 90 day warranty on all products only if purchased through mic-lock.com.
  • You will need your 4 digit order number for service or support.
  • If product is broken or does not work, please contact us for support and we will repair, replace or refund at Mic-Lock's option only.
  • The product must be returned for warranty service in a padded envelope with tracking.
  • Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or neglect.
  • Warranty covers only materials and workmanship.
  • If the product is refunded no other warranties are applied and/or given.
  • Contact support@mic-lock.com for an RMA.

    Damage

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so that Mic-Lock can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Any damages not reported after 10 calendar days after receipt will be considered acceptance by the customer and no future claims of shipping damages will be accepted.

    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, i.e., custom products, special orders or personalized items.
  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Any and all discount codes must be added at point of sale and cannot be added after the purchase.
