Shipping policy

USA orders have a choice of shipping between USPS or UPS which is calculated upon checkout.  Free shipping via USPS with tracking is offered for any domestic order over $50.

International orders have a choice of DHL and USPS. International orders have the actual DHL International Express charge. The duration is 4-3 business days. The second service type is USPS (United States Postal Service). It is less expensive and the transit times internationally are 3 weeks average and up to 6 weeks. International orders may be subjected to custom duties, import taxes, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), administrative and/or broker charges, and custom fees or any similar custom-related charges, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the consumer.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.  

Once we have shipped the product we are not the freight or delivery company. We will make every effort to help in a claim for lost packages but do not warrant the delivery services. The shipping relationship is between the buyer and the shipper selected at checkout and not Mic-Lock. We cannot warrant nor be responsible for shipping charges or customs fees for missing packages as they are non refundable actual costs paid to the shipping company direct by the buyer. 

Orders are typically shipped the following business day the order has been successfully processed. Your tracking and status will be automatically emailed to you after it has been shipped.
