AHHOMATATA UCT-01 USB-C and USB-A Cable Continuity Tester

Check the wiring of your USB-C and USB-A to USB-C cables with the compact AHHOMATATA UCT-01. Its LED indicators show continuity across VBUS, GND, D+, D− and CC connections, helping you inspect cable wiring before use.

Compatible cable connections

• USB-C to USB-C: Connect the cable between C1 and C2.
• USB-A to USB-C: Use C1 and A2. The C2 and A2 pairing does not work.

• UCT-01 tester with purple circuit board and black base
• One installed CR2032 battery and two spare batteries
• Hex screwdriver

Use and limitations

Test disconnected cables only. Do not connect the tester to a phone, computer, charger or power bank during testing.

This is a cable continuity checker. A continuity result does not verify charging wattage, data-transfer speed or freedom from malicious electronics.
