Check USB cable wiring and read supported USB-C eMarker information on a 2.4-inch color screen. This compact Treedix tester brings continuity, approximate resistance and ground-connection checks into one tool.

• Inspect the wiring connections in supported cables.
• View approximate cable resistance and shell-to-ground status.
• Read declared power and data capabilities from eMarker-equipped passive USB-C cables.
• Connect USB-A, USB-C, Lightning, Micro-B 2.0, Micro-B 3.0 and Mini-B cables using the matching test ports.
• Power the tester with an AAA battery or its dedicated 5-volt USB-C power input.

Use: Test one disconnected cable at a time. Never connect the test ports to a computer, charger, phone or other device. Use only the dedicated power input for external power.

Limits: This is a cable diagnostic tool. It does not detect malware or hidden keyloggers, block USB data, or certify a cable’s security. eMarker readings show reported specifications rather than measured data-transfer speed or verified charging performance. Resistance readings are approximate and can be affected by connectors, battery level and Lightning electronics.
